We are a social enterprise and set up with the help of refugee charity Salusbury World. Our aim is to become an independent co-operative that can pay its members a fair living by providing healthy, delicious and sustainable catering services to the community.
Sustainability is very important to us and we use seasonal and locally sourced ingredient, whenever we can. We only cook with Freedom Food chicken and free-range eggs. At events, we use ceramics or recycled and biodegradable plates and cutlery.
